Next Retreat: Friday, June 28 - Sunday, June 30th Day Spots (Saturday Only) & Overnight Spots Available Where: Port Dover, ON A holding space in a community setting to process trauma, pause and rest, as a collective. After December's retreat, we decided to hold another Collective Pause Retreat focused on Ancestral Healing & Somatic Releasing. This is intended to be a collective space to delve inward into our inner curiosities, self-healing, and a space to mobilize the joy in our bodies by metabolizing our pain, for those interested. This session also aims to deepen understanding around the systemic and intersectional realities that impact trauma-informed embodiment work. Speakers will share both innovative and practical ways in which these approaches can be further integrated into the work of supporting survivors of GBV. |
